Founder & CEO

Chrissy Lenart has trained extensively in multiple styles of dance, developing a strong technical foundation in ballet, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary. Her passion for performance and mentorship led her to found Rize Above Dance Company, where she is dedicated to building confident, disciplined, and well-rounded dancers. With years of competitive and performance experience, Chrissy strives to create an environment that pushes dancers to excel both on and off the stage.

Hello! 

My name is Daniella (or Dani) Hayman. I’m a New Braunfels native, wife, and proud mom of two! 

Creativity has always been a big part of my life—I spent 15 years dancing and later taught dance for about 6 years, inspiring others to find confidence and joy through movement. I love great music, good food, and embracing the fun, creative moments that make life special. 

I am beyond excited to be part of Rize family bringing uplifting energy to the studio and encouraging every dancer to RIZE to their full potential!

Hi! I’m Allie, an Early Childhood Education major at Texas State University. I’ve lived in New Braunfels most of my life and have been dancing since I was 2 years old. Over the past four years, I’ve had the joy of teaching dance and helping kids grow in confidence while having fun.

I also spent a full school year working in an elementary classroom, which only strengthened my love for working with children. During high school, I was a member of the New Braunfels High School dance program for four years and had the honor of serving as Senior Major for the Monoceras during my senior year.

I believe every child deserves to feel seen, encouraged, and celebrated. My goal is to create a fun, positive environment where kids can learn, build confidence, and leave with a smile!
