Middle School Drill Team Prep Class
This summer take your skills to a new level! Focusing on movement and skills needed to be your absolute best this drill team season.
Strength and Stretch
This class involves a wide range of exercise and develop to build a variety of skill with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, speed, power, agility and performance

* Each level will be dedicated to specific skills to build strength for each dancer.
Leaps and Turns
This class is designed for the serious dancer who wishes to perfect and refine their skills of jumping, leaping and turning. This class is a technique class that is dedicated to learning, improving and perfecting technique in jumps, leaps, turns, kicks, strength and conditioning with emphasis on the safe execution of these skills that are used in all forms of dance. The classes are taught with an emphasis on technique and correct body placement. They are taught in a progressive manner beginning with the basics and advancing to high-level skills and combinations. The class will challenge students across the floor and in combinations.

* Beginner: working on single and double turns, jetes, and getting a good foundation for more advance skills
* Intermediate: dancer working on double and triples, beginning fouettés, turning disks, toe touches and more
* Advance: Has a triple turn, working on advance directionals fouettés, switch leaps and more.
Mini Prep Class 4-6 Year Olds
This is for the dancers that have taken a dance class before wanting to learn more advanced skills to hopefully be on a competition team one day!
Intro to Dance 8-10
This class is designed to help those who have never danced before but would like to try! This is introduce movement and skills so your dancer will feel more comfortable stepping into classes this fall
